Glengarry Glen Ross is a Pulitzer Prize-winning drama which tells the story of four down and out real estate agents. The play covers a two day period in which the four main characters are willing to resort to any tactics in order to make a sale. Of course all the tactics used are extremely unethical and the four will stop at nothing to put unsuspecting buyers in to the most undesirable real estate within the Chicago area. Mr. Mamet draws on his own brief experiences in a real estate office during the 1960's in the "windy city." The title, aptly fit, comes from the two main areas the salesmen work to take advantage of known as Glengarry Highlands and Glen Ross Farms.
